Return Policy

 Manufacturer Defects:

If anything you order has a manufacturer defect it may be returned for up to one year for a replacement on us unless we are out of stock in that item, in which case you will receive store credit or a refund equal to the price you paid for the defective product. The only exception to this is if a zipper pull tab tears off, in which case a replacement pull tab will be sent to you but not a new pair of gloves/mittens.

To return a defective item, just put your email and order number in the Order Lookup portal located below, follow the promptings and answer all the questions. A photo of any defects will need to be uploaded via the returns portal in order to process your return.

If your return request is approved you will be notified and a replacement will be shipped to you, otherwise you will receive an explanation for your request denial. If we do not have the item you will be issued store credit or a refund.

You may check your return status anytime using the Order Lookup portal below and we will send you email updates as your request moves through the returns process.

 

Other Returns for Exchange:

Any product may be returned for exchange or store credit for up to 30 days after it was purchased. All shipping costs associated with this type of return are to be paid by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item for any reason other than manufacturer defect, just put your email and order number in the Order Lookup portal located below, follow the promptings and answer all the questions.

If your return request is approved you will be notified and sent a replacement item or your account will be credited, otherwise you will receive an explanation for your request denial.

Excepting the case of manufacturer defect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You must ship returns using a trackable shipping service and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for goods valued over $100. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and if we do not and it is not tracked or insured, you will bear the cost and no exchange or refund will be issued.
