If anything you order has or develops a manufacturer defect, it may be returned for up to one year for a replacement on us. If the item is out of stock you will receive store credit or a refund equal to the price you paid for it. The only exception to this is if a zipper pull tab tears off, in which case a replacement pull tab will be sent to you but not a new pair of gloves/mittens.
To return a defective item, just put your email and order number in the “Order Lookup” portal located below and your order info will appear. Click on the shopping cart icon button at the far right under “Create Return,” follow the promptings and answer all the questions to submit your return request. A photo of any defects will need to be uploaded via the Order Lookup portal for us to process your return.
If your return request is approved you will be notified and a replacement will be shipped to you, otherwise you will receive an explanation for your request denial. If we do not have the item, you will be issued store credit or a refund. We will send you email updates as your request moves through the returns process.
Other Returns for Exchange:
Any product may be returned for exchange or store credit for up to 30 days after it was purchased. Unless the return is due to us sending you the wrong item or manufacturer defect, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Except in the case of manufacturer defect or mis-ships, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as a $5 restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You must ship returns using a trackable shipping service and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for goods valued over $100. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and if we do not and it is not tracked or insured, you will bear the cost and no exchange or refund will be issued.
